1.The water scale on the surface of the boiler heater element is so much,the heat can not be transfer from electric in time,after a long time, the surface of the boiler heater element will burn out, and even the tube will burst.
2.Magnesia powder in the heater tube is affected with damp.
Magnesium oxide powder has a hygroscopic property. When the boiler heater element is placed in a humid environment for a long time, it may absorb moisture from the pipe mouth.
Or some irregular manufacturers did not dehumidify magnesium powder in the production. At this time, the electric heating tube of the boiler is energized,the moisture in the tube will be heated and become gas. Due to the effect of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the electric heating tube of the boiler will burst open.
3.Dry burning
The the boiler heater element is designed in accordance with the power standard of the heating liquid when heating , so when the heating liquid leaks out of the liquid and appears dry burning, the electric heating pipe of the boiler will also burst because the surface temperature is too high.
The way to promise the safe
1.Control the surface load ,the area have serious water scale,one meter heater element power designe can not be over 2kw.
2.Choosing the suitable material,choosing the material sus304 which is anti-Acid and alkali.or using SUS304 plus coating.
3.Avoid magnesia powder be affeced damp,testing the Insulation resistance
