Customer always give feedback  about the immersion heater tube explosion phenomenon when it is working.


Danas sumiramo neke razloge za ovaj problem:


1. Kada je grijaći element vlažan i otpor izolacije manji od 10 megohma, lako je uzrokovati kvar izolacije i eksploziju cijevi za grijanje.


2. If the connection of  heating connecting rod and heating wire is a wire smashing connection, the bottom of the wire is cylindrical. In the process of loading powder, the tube may be hollow or not dense after shrinking.

Nakon-dugotrajnog zagrijavanja, zbog slabe toplotne provodljivosti i sporog odvođenja topline, grijaća žica se stopi ili otopi i razbije cijev.


3. There will be scale or oil scale on the surface when heating oil or water, oil scale and scale will directly affect the heat transfer of heating tube, electric heating tube is easy to burn out due to high internal temperature,causing serious explosion.


4. High temperature magnesia powder will be used in the heater element as high level quality.  Working temperature of high temperature powder need to be less than 800 degree , but some design of the surface load is very large  (that the power per meter is big in the hot zone), once the dehydration dry, temperature continues to rise, will soon reach above 1000 degree , this will lead to magnesium oxide powder burning; In the long run, the insulation performance of magnesium powder decreases, resulting in electric leakage explosion tube.
